Responsibilities
Support the Scrum teams (IT and non-IT teams) using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction along the scrum process including ensuring that product backlog items are ready before each sprint and delivered after each sprint
Promote, educate, and develop Agile/Scrum practices across the organization.
Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team on removing impediments
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Help the Scrum team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity
Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Agile mindset, growth mindset, very high responsibility, self-motivated, systematic thinking, problem-solving, fast learning, tech-savvy
Strong communication, collaboration, and collaborative management, interpersonal and mentoring skills. Able to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
2+ years of experience as a Scrum master role in IT teams and successful Agile techniques
Strong knowledge in practices and techniques to fill in gaps in the Scrum. Ability to determine what is Scrum and what is not
Ability to work with and lead a team, adapt to a changing environment, and stay focused in the middle of distraction
